The Australian Government TRAC has released a risk assessment report “Money Laundering and Terrorism Financing Risk Assessment” (pdf). The key statistics on Store Value Cards or as the report “SVC”.
SVC’s or ‘Stored Value Cards’, allow money to be debited or payed into an electronic account and the used just like a VISA or other credit card, to purchase goods, particularly over internet retail services. The SVC’s are often bought with ‘on-selling’ of goods which buy more SVC cards from which the code is then sent to recipients who withdraw cash money from automatic teller machines or cash points.
This type of finance model which is used to supply Daesh, or “sponsor soldiers” has been a subject for previous reports such as the 2015 FATF Report (pdf)
And, 2012 report from the Australian Treasury (pdf).

On the anniversary of the Brussels attack (wiki) a man, (later named as Khalid Masood, aka Adrian Russell Ajao) has driven a car into people injuring up to 40 people and killing three. The attacker was quickly neutralised however only after stabbing and killing a policeman.
(One of the deceased was later identified as Utah man, Kurt Cochran).
Video below showing the speed the car was travelling, and the person who fell into the river. later identified as Andreea Cristea tourist from Romania.
Update – April 6th 2017 – A 31-year-old Romanian tourist who plunged into the River Thames during last month’s terror attack outside the British parliament has died.
The car used in the attack was rented in Birmingham, where a number of arrests have recently taken place.
Almost a full day later Daesh push out a release through Amaq which has been seen by media as “claiming responsibility”. This is merely an acknowledgement of the act. If Daesh were responsible the notification would have been released minutes after, not nearly a day later.

Thirty five minute video from Ninawa “And You Will Be Superior” (Qur’anic verses 3:129 and 47:35), which documents the VBIED and sniper attacks in Mosul. The video starts with the attack on Iraqi forces from December 2016, (tangentcode) and proceeds through street fire fights between the Iraqi soldiers and Daesh. (video below)
Previous video from Mosul from August 2016 shows some of the same hospital personal. (tangentcode)
Drone video documents the suicide bombers driving up to their targets along with some intriguing video of helicopters passing by and at one point a coalition drone. *The explosions which are shown also provide an insight into the types of explosives Daesh are using.
The video includes sniper vision and demonstrates how injured fighters are used to man the VBIED’s with the familiar mantra “no excused” which was seen in Mosul in March 2015 (tangentcode), who can, will fight.
The video also shows a segment of Iraqi video showing men smoking cigarettes, something which was forbidden under Daesh administration.
Other interesting details are the “FILA” footwear one driver wears, which are identical to the “FILA” footwear worn by foreign fighters in Syria seen laying explosives at the Hayyan Gas Plant, February 2017.
One of the Drones launching.
Spot the take off area, then estimate the distance to the smoke on the horizon, this then provides an estimate of the range in which Daesh are currently capable of operating within.
Seventeen minute video from Furat media which shows the fire fight attack on the Ain Assad Air Base from 13th February 2017. (CBS News Link)
The image below shown in the video is the moment the VBIED detonates. In another segment an armoured vehicle is destroyed by small arms fire.
There is also a reference to a soldier, (below) who was executed after iy was revealed a family member appeared in a Jordanian training video.
“Words drenched in Blood” is a ten minute production from Furat, mostly taken up with a rant about the obligations and duties of Muslims as seen through the teachings of extremist Islam. The English speaking finger pointer sits in his VBIED with a wild glazed stare, as he reads from what seems to be an iPad or a laptop, (in the reflection in his glasses).
This is a video which is desperate in its attempt to remain viable. Daesh now rely on the suicide VBIED and have adjusted their spin to include this new angle. This video narrative is aimed at the mentally unstable and vulnerable, isolated and easily controlled individuals to act out in terror acts.
“Confronting ISIS” from 2016 with reporter Martin Smith explains in detail the emergence of the Islamic State through a well presented and detailed timeline.
The video is presented here in three parts for users convenience.

“The Procession of Light“, a forty one minute video from Ninawa, Iraq cataloging suicide VBIED attacks that have plagued the region in recent months.
Daesh have prepared for counter offensives and as their grip on Mosul slowly erodes, their adaptability to take the fight to another area, to gather ammunition or weapons is shown in this video. Small lightly armed mobile groups with a suicide VBIED leading the assault with ‘drone follow vision’ of the explosion. It seems an expensive effort as personal are concerned, and in some cases the damage is often minimal. The tactic of sending in the exploding vehicle shocks the target long enough for the ground assault to unfold. This technique of overwhelm, capture and loot is used in a number of routines and variations throughout the video. One well used method is to approach with RPG followed by heavy calibre machine-gun fire, or small truck mounted canons and relentlessly fire on the post for hours until there is no return fire. The Coalition have in recent weeks destroyed Daesh ability of manufacturing VBIED, as can be seen some vehicles are ‘nailed’ together, while others are quiet professional.
The video ends with the beheading of one man followed with a man drowned in a clear tank.
Twenty minute video showing the training of child orphan soldiers. This type of video has been well documented over the last two years, (tangentcode + tangentcode). The children are shown training with live fire and in one night muster, shown getting out of bed, putting on their webbing and standing in parade formations before marching into the night. One poignant moment in the video is when one of the children describes the loss of his family from the result of bombings, blubbering with tears standing in the house ruins is a pathetic moment endured only for propaganda purposes, and finally extorted during the execution scene.
In another section of the video the children can be seen watching the grotesque, “Makers of Illusion” (tangentcode) the camera catching their remoteness at the details of the slaughter scene.
In some attempt to balance this content the children are last seen praying in earnest in a juxtaposition to what they are training for which becomes apparent as the final exercise unfolds.
